Ollie Zlotnicki
Mountain Village Property Owner
Ollie Zlotnicki has spent more than 17 years living in mountain communities, including the past six years between Bozeman and Big Sky. A Mountain Village property owner, Ollie brings extensive architectural and land-use planning experience to the Big Sky Architectural Committee (BSAC).
A licensed architect in Montana and Colorado, Ollie previously served on the Aspen Planning and Zoning Commission, where he reviewed development applications, variances and projects in environmentally sensitive areas. He also advised the Aspen City Council on long-range planning and land-use issues. This experience has given him a valuable understanding of both the applicant and reviewer perspectives, as well as the importance of balancing development with community character.
Ollie recognizes the unique challenges facing mountain communities as they grow. He is committed to thoughtful stewardship of Big Sky’s built environment, ensuring that future development respects the area’s natural beauty while supporting the needs of residents, property owners and visitors. He looks forward to bringing a collaborative, balanced and practical approach to the BSAC.
