Holly Coltea is a business development strategist and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience driving growth, scaling operations, and leading high-impact initiatives across diverse industries. She has successfully launched and sold franchise businesses, managed multi-million-dollar marketing campaigns, and built strong client relationships. A strategic thinker and natural connector, Holly delivers measurable results while fostering team success. She also brings a commitment to community leadership, serving on boards and championing education and social impact initiatives.

Lisa grew up in Rochester, NY. She has spent time working outside Salt Lake City at Solitude Mountain and in Cooper Landing, Alaska. After settling down in central Vermont for sixteen years, she relocated to Montana in 2020. She loves to downhill, cross-country and backcountry ski in the winter. In the summer, she loves long arduous backcountry hiking and camping. She has an extensive and eclectic business background which she is excited to share with the BSOA team, “I feel privileged to work for such an extraordinary community.”

With a background in accounting, construction and property management, he is a natural fit for the BSOA team. Kyle is a big fan of spending his weekends outdoors. He enjoys just about everything Big Sky has to offer.

Sam grew up on farm/ranch on the east side of Glacier National Park in northern Montana. After college, he worked around the United States on large-scale renewable projects. He has been in property/general management around Big Sky since 2013, previously being part of the Big Sky business community. The numerous allotments of recreational endeavors, is what continues to keep Sam in Big Sky.
